About Dr. Cohen


At twelve years old, Dr. Cohen aspired to become an orthodontist after his own orthodontic treatment. After graduating from Rutgers University in 1988, he enrolled into the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He graduated from this program in 1992 and was class president for all three years of his study there.

Dr. Cohen then spent two years of post-doctoral orthodontic program study at Temple University’s School of Dentistry, where he received his orthodontic certificate and master’s degree in dentistry.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists, he is on the teaching faculty of Albert Einstein Medical Center Department of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia.

He has developed an Invisalign curriculum at Albert Einstein Medical Center Department of Dental Medicine-Philadelphia and has become an expert in the management of minor and complex teen and adult Invisalign patients.

He runs his own orthodontic practice in three locations throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey.

He and his wife have been married for over 25 years and they reside in New Jersey with their two children.
